Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, please note that
the following will apply:

More than 14 days notice -
Full refund.

8-14 days notice - 50% of the
deposit will be refunded.

Less than 8 days notice - 75%
of the deposit will be retained.
-
No shows - 100% of the deposit
will be retained
If there are extenuating
circumstances that lead to the cancellation of a booking, we will
attempt to resell the bed night/s concerned. If successful, this will
merit a full refund less the 5% administration fee. Failing this the
amount as above shall be retained.
